The drill that comes with this kit is nice, very heavy duty and one step short of a hammer drill. If you don't need the hammer functionality this drill will do everything you ask of it. Thus ends the negative portion of my review. The driver is just awesome. It is well built, well balanced and even on the lowest speed setting it's a screwing machine! If your building a deck or framing a house this will not let you down. It has ample power. Just be sure to buy some impact rated bits to go with it. I bought a Dewalt kit from Amazon.
