Easy to install...just unroll and place inside your tire. This is one of those things that you never know if it works or not, until it doesn't. So far...no flats. I'm confident that will continue. I had no problem installing them and do not feel a bump on my 700 x 37 hybrid bike. Of course I have only gone 10 mile since then som it may not say a whole lot that I haven't gotten a flat yet.
