My bicycle was received with a couple of issues - First, the tensioner was too tight even at the lowest setting. I ride my mountain bike but this was too hard on knees. Reading all the comments it seems there is a manufacturing inconsistency between different bicylces. The other issue was that the digital display wouldn't pick up the signal. Apparently the connection (pickup) placed near the pedal assembly was misplaced. The service tech offered to either return the bike to Amazon or fix it myself using replacements parts. I chose to return.
