I bought this pack for long distance running, but it bounces way too much and is extremely uncomfortable. The only way I could keep the water bottle in place was to cinch it so tight around my upper waist that it actually hindered by breathing! This is a horrible product and is only good if you want to use it for long walks. I'm very disappointed.
