This says "toddler" in the description, but the tag on the helmet says for ages 3+.
This is much too big for my two-year-old, and not as easy to adjust as higher-price Bell Helmets. I kept it because it is a great price and it always handy to have an extra helmet when friends are over.
Try the Bell Boomerang for toddlers instead.
Also, this "red" might be considered "fuschia" by some. My husband saw it and said "where did the new pink helmet come from?" My son loved it (until it fell over his eyes) , but an older boy might balk.
