I've used this for several work-outs. The pump that comes with it did a good job with inflating the ball. I laid it on a yardstick to get it to the recommended diameter. I did not get the DVD with the ball. However, I use ball workouts on Exercise TV, and Fit TV (Tape the All Star Work-outs)
