I bought this to go on my road bike. The description read, "will not more once you set it", which is inaccurate. The mirror has two pieces, one goes in the end of the handle bars, the other is the mirror, with a ball, which goes into the piece in the handle bar. The mirror rotates to adjust to the rider, but is not fixed. I like the mirror and would recommend it, but it does move. It does not move around too much, but I do have to constantly adjust it back so I can see. Also, since it is in the handle bar, it is hard to see around my leg sometimes.
All in all, I really like it, but it is not perfect.
