This was extremely easy to install in my garage. It took minutes and will save hours from having to go to the gym to do pull ups. I concur with another reviewer that the bar is pretty slick. I would suggest taping it, or sanding it as they suggested. You will be satisfied with this product. I'm not a small person, and even with some heaving kipping the bar does not wobble at all. Five Stars.
